Canadian smoothie chain fundraises for Ukraine

The Canadian smoothie chain is trying to do its part in helping the Ukrainian people.

Booster Juice will be collecting donations from its customers for the remainder of March. Company president and CEO Dale Wishewan has promised to match all donations up to $200,000 from the fundraiser.

All funds raised will go to MedAir a non-governmental organization (NGO) that has been providing aid since 1989. MedAir has been working in countries like Iraq, Yemen, Somalia and now is providing aid in Ukraine.

Booster Juice has three locations in Prince George and can be found in the Pine centre Mall, College Heights Plaza and in Parkwood Place.
