PRINCE GEORGE – A group of Political Science students at the University of Northern BC will be launching a survey this week to gather more information and data about youth employment and how it was impacted by COVID-19.

Sloane Zogas, one of the students involved said the hypothesis is that youth employment has been negatively impacted by the pandemic.

The survey will be open for anyone in Prince George and area to answer from March 23 until March 30 through social media channels operated by POLS 320 Canadian Politics and Policy students.

Sofia Thompson, another student involved with the research said finding meaningful employment for herself since COVID started has been a lot more challenging.
