Fitzpatrick drops out of race

PRINCE GEORGE – Update: Fitzpatrick says due to some health issues “that are out of my control,” he’ll be stepping back from the race this term.

“That being said though I will be in top shape for the next election,” he added.

Earlier: Cleaning up the downtown. That’s an issue city council candidate Don Fitzpatrick would like to tackle head-on if elected.

The car salesman says we’ve lost businesses because of it, and he calls that unacceptable.
