Bigs of Northern BC hit by catalytic converter thieves for 4th time this year
PRINCE GEORGE – Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northern BC have been hit once again by thieves targeting their shuttle vehicles.
Around 2:30 in the morning Tuesday, thieves took the catalytic converter from one of the non-profit’s fleet vehicles. This incident marks the fourth time the organization has been hit since 2022 started.
“We’re hearing from other charities, organizations, and businesses that is is a going problem, it’s been a growing problem for us as well,” said Tim Bennett, Executive Director of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northern BC.
