Quick arrest made in liquor store theft

PRINCE GEORGE — Local Mounties have arrested the suspect in a liquor store theft.

RCMP say it happened June 2, shortly after 4 p.m. from a liquor store located on the 4100 block of 15th Avenue.

Police used security footage to identify the suspect, a person known to them, the next day.

The man was released with a future court date. Police allege he had stolen a bottle of liquor.
