Man dead after early morning stabbing on Queensway

PRINCE GEORGE — One person is dead following a stabbing at the Fraser Inn on Queensway.

Prince George RCMP say it happened just after 5 a.m. this morning (June 11).

“Upon police and ambulance arrival at the location, a man in his thirties was found suffering from life threatening injuries,” says Cpl. Jennifer Cooper

“He was transported by B.C. Ambulance Service to hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries. Police will remain at the location while the Serious Crime Unit along with Forensic Identification Services conduct their investigation. Police believe this is a targeted event and there is no increased risk to the public.”
