PRINCE GEORGE – The Prince George Soccer Association (PGYSA) hosted kids aged from two to 11 years old for their World Cup Tournament this past weekend. This gave young athletes the opportunity to get back out on the pitch, have some fun in the sun, and enjoy the amenities that the field offered.

“Every team gets medals and a certificate, and the winning team gets to hold a replica of the World Cup trophy. And then we have face painting, water balloons, chalk, bouncy castles and food for everyone here today,” said Arianna Payne, Summer Student with the PGYSA.

If you’re above the age of 11, your turn is coming soon. This tournament is put on twice to make sure that everyone gets the chance to partake.
