Indigenous Patient Navigator is hiring

PRINCE GEORGE – BC Emergency Health Services is on a recruitment drive. They seek people to work full-time in the Prince George area in the Indigenous Patient Navigator program.

The Indigenous Patient Navigator acts as a resource for both indigenous clients and healthcare providers to ensure the provision of care is culturally safe and client-centred and supports the improvement and performance of health care services through cultural safety humility training and education staff.

The program aims to have enough indigenous navigators to help 239 nations across the province.
