Cougars send Armstrong to Red Deer in exchange for draft picks

PRINCE GEORGE – The Prince George Cougars have acquired three WHL prospects draft picks (2nd round pick in 2023, 4th round pick in 2024, 5th round pick in 2025) from the Red Deer Rebels in exchange for forward Craig Armstrong (’03).

Armstrong suited up in 155 games as a Cougar and tallied 56 points in those contests (20 goals, 36 assists).

The Airdrie, AB product is coming off his best WHL season in 2021-22, where he totalled 35 points in 67 games (12 goals, 23 assists).
