Fortis bills to drop in January

Fortis B-C says gas customers can expect to see slightly lower figures on their gas bills next month.
The utility says bills should drop an average four per cent or four dollars per month depending on consumption.
It says the decrease follows a review of its delivery, storage and transport rates with the B-C Utilities Commission.
Fortis says the review is done regularly to ensure the rates charged to customers appropriately recover the costs related to delivering energy.
