PRINCE GEORGE– Riley Heidt and Koehn Ziemmer took to the CN Centre Ice for the first time since playing in the top prospects game. The weekend was a fun one for the Cougars’ top two leading scorers. As they showed off their skills to the nation and multiple NHL GMs and Scouts.

It’s a process that might seem daunting to some. Being judged on your fitness and playing for your NHL career. Both Heidt and Ziemmer know that it’s all part of the game and you have to continue your play all year to maintain scouts’ Intrest in you as a player. However, it helps when the two linemates are going through the exact same process all year.
