Do or die for Spruce Kings after falling 3-0 in round one of the playoffs

PRINCE GEORGE – The host Prince George Spruce Kings face round one playoff elimination after losing 6-2 to the Salmon Arm Silverbacks in Game 3 of their first-round series Tuesday night .

The Spruce Kings opted to make a goaltender change and start Aiden Feddema. The 19-year-old allowed four goals on 13 shots before being pulled in the second period. Jordan Fairlie came in and allowed two more goals before the game reached its conclusion. Prince George’s goals came from John Herrington and Charlie Banquier.

The Spruce Kings ,down 3-0 in this series , will now look to fight off elimination when they meet back up with the Silverbacks inside Kopar Memorial Arena tonight (Wednesday night) at 7:00 p.m.
