Cougars down 2-1 in opening round playoff series

Kennewick, WA – The visiting Prince George Cougars got goals from Chase Wheatcroft and Hudson Thornton, however, it was not enough as the Cougars dropped game 3 against the Tri-City Americans 4-2 Tuesday night. Ty Young had to come in to relieve Tyler Brennan for the Cats as he was forced to leave with an apparent injury.

Prince George ,down 2-1 in this series, will try to even the score in game 4 tonight (Wednesday night) back at the Toyota Centre .
