SEATTLE — It was another tough game two for the Prince George Cougars on Saturday (Apr.15). Losing to the Seattle Thunderbirds 5-1 and now trailing the series 2-0.

Seattle came out firing on all cylinders, scoring three goals in between the first and second period, including Dylan Guenther’s eighth goal of the post season.

The Cougars came out in the start of the third strong and quick, as Ondrej Becher would score his first of the playoffs just 14 seconds into the frame. But the Thunderbirds would continue to dominate and score another two goals thanks to Kyle Crnkovic and Jared Davidson and give their club a two game lead in the series.

Next up, both teams will travel up to the CN Centre and get set for game three which will begin on Tuesday (Apr.18). Puck drop is at 7pm.
