RCMP: Sex offender returned to jail after breaching his conditions

PRINCE GEORGE — A sex offender is back in jail after breaching his probation conditions.

On Feb. 28, 2019, the Prince George RCMP Sex Crimes Unit launched an investigation into Ricky Gordon who was living in Prince George and allegedly breaching the conditions of his long term supervision order.

Cpl. Carmen Kiener says these conditions stemmed from a sexual interference conviction in 2003.

“Gordon’s conditions include not to have any contact with anyone under the age of 19 as well as not to attend any place where children are expected to be,” she says. “Gordon was arrested and has been charged with breaching the supervision order.”
