PRINCE GEORGE — Le Cercle Des Canadiens Francais De Prince George held an open house on Saturday inviting everyone to come and learn more about the French Canadian community in Prince George.
The association will be celebrating its 63rd birthday this year and the whole idea of the open house is for folks to discover more about the francophone community and the services that the association provides. The association organizes socio-cultural and educational activities for the community, offers services in French, promotes the understanding of the French language and culture as well as welcoming anyone who wants to learn more.
In July and August, a bilingual summer camp will be held to encourage others to come and learn about the Francophone community.
