Tickets on sale for PG Hospice Dream Home Lottery

PRINCE GEORGE — The location of the 2023 Prince George Hospice Dream Home has been unveiled.
According to the PG Hospice Dream Lottery’s website, the 2,940 sq. ft. dream home is at 3445 Munro Way in the University Heights neighbourhood. University Heights is located on Tyner Blvd. between Highway 97 and UNBC.
The home is assessed at around $800,000 and features five bedrooms, four baths and a basement with a separate entrance. The home also includes a washer, dryer, fridge, stove and a dishwasher from City Furniture, valued at a combined $8,100 and comes furnished by Ashley’s Furniture, valued at around $16,400.
Additionally, two 50/50 draws will be held. PG Hospice says 12,000 tickets will be sold for the first 50/50 draw with a grand prize of $150,000.
The PG Hospice says 13,999 dream home tickets will be sold. The draw for the first 50/50 draw will take place Aug. 31, 2023, while the dream home draw will be held on Dec. 1, 2023.
While the dream home won’t be opened for viewing until Monday (June 5) at 1 p.m., tickets can be purchased online.
