Home invasion results in life-threatening injuries
PRINCE GEORGE – Shortly after 8:00 p.m. Monday night, police responded to a report of a home invasion at a residence on the 300-block of Nicholson Street.
When police officers arrived, they located a man inside the home suffering from life-threatening injuries. According to police, a woman was also found with severe but non-life-threatening injuries. Both victims were taken to the hospital by Emergency Health Services.
The Prince George RCMP’s Serious Crime Unit has taken over the investigation.
Investigators with that unit request that anyone with surveillance or dash cam footage from that neighbourhood between 7:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m., which shows persons or vehicles coming and going from the area, contact an investigator by calling Prince George Non-emergency line 250-561-3300.
