Prince George Mounties seek wanted man for dangerous operation of a motor vehicle and other charges

PRINCE GEORGE — Update: Alwood is no longer wanted by RCMP.

Earlier: Prince George RCMP are seeking the public’s help in locating a wanted man.

Police say 28-year-old Haydon Lee Alwood is wanted on one unendorsed warrant and one render warrant for the following:

• Dangerous operation of a motor vehicle
• Flight from a police officer
• Failure to stop at the scene of an accident
• Obstructing a police officer
• Breach of release order

Alwood is described as six-foot-three, 224 pounds, with brown hair, brown eyes, with a tattoo on his right forearm of ‘Family loyalty for life’ and has a scar on his left forearm.
