United Way Northern BC Steps Up to Connect Wildfire Victims with Resources and Volunteers
PRINCE GEORGE – United Way of Northern B.C. has connected those in need with available resources. During this time, the United Way is on a mission to build a list of volunteers to help those affected by the Wildfires.
The United Way Northern BC supports a region nearly the size of the country of France. During last year’s fire season, they found themselves catching up with helping people affected by the fires.
At the start of June, they opened an urgent relief fund online where people can donate money and a process where they can donate their time.
