RCMP seek witnesses after pedestrian struck on 1st Avenue
PRINCE GEORGE — Prince George RCMP are seeking witnesses after a pedestrian was struck on the 1800-block of First Avenue at 11:45 p.m. Tuesday night.
Witnesses say the pedestrian was crossing the road northbound when she was struck by an oncoming vehicle. She was transported to hospital by Emergency Health Services with serious, but non-life-threatening, injuries. The driver stayed at the incident location and is cooperating with the investigation.
Police are looking for any witnesses who saw the incident occur or for anyone with dash cam footage that may have captured the event.
