PRINCE GEORGE — Cariboo Rocks the North arrived at Exhibition Park this weekend, providing great music and a great atmosphere for everyone who showed up.

While the event has its regulars, it has also attracted newcomers as well. Parker Yaskow is a first timer at Cariboo Rocks the North, got an all weekend pass, is enjoying the event even when some showers showed up on Friday and he says he’ll be back again.

The event has 11 acts performing this year including Teaze, Honeymoon SUite, Kim Mitchell, Chilliwack and April Wine. Cariboo Rocks has been was well attended this year, and folks from out of town made the journey to see the performances, including Robert Sebastien. Sebastien brought his family along for the entire weekend, and says that he enjoys bringing his kids, grandkids and great grandkids to Cariboo Rocks the North.

One more day of action takes place at Exhibition Park tomorrow with Lee Aaron, Teenage Head, Sass Jordan and Kim Mitchell taking to stage on the final day of Cariboo Rocks the North.
