A rough start in season opening for T-Wolves

PRINCE GEORGE – UNBC men’s soccer team lost 4-0 against UBC Thunderbirds yesterday.

The Timberwolves had 6 freshmen in the starting 11. Steve Simonson’s team was giving up plenty of experience on opening day, but came out and earned the best early chance. With the victory, UBC has earned three points.

The two teams will play again on tomorrow (Aug. 27), at 11 a.m. at Masich Place in Prince George.
