16th annual Thanksgiving Food Drive underway

PRINCE GEORGE — A food drive has been launched to help out those in need this upcoming holiday season.

The 16th annual Thanksgiving Food Drive is looking for either monetary or non-perishable food donations.

You can donate at your local Save-On-Foods store up until September 21.

Last year provincially, over 674,000 pounds of food was donated and this year they’ve set a goal of bringing in over 800,000 pounds.
