Kodiaks lose at home on T&R Day

PRINCE GEORGE – Tough loss for the Prince George Kodiaks last night (Sept. 30) when they played against the Okanagan Sun at Masich Place Stadium.
The Okanagan Sun got off to a fast start in the first half, leading the game 33-7 by half-time. Their domination continued throughout the second half, winning 74-14.
The game happened on the third annual Truth and Reconciliation Day and the Kodiaks wore a special Lheidli T’enneh jersey to honour the date.
This was Kodiaks final home game of the season. The team will be on the road two more times to face the Okanagan Sun next Saturday (Oct. 7), in Kelowna, and the Kamloops Broncos on Octobre 14, in Kamloops.
