Woman facing multiple charges in Williams Lake

WILLIAMS LAKE — A woman is facing five charges following a theft investigation in Williams Lake.

RCMP say charges against 25-year-old Kayla Stratton include theft and breach of probation.

She was first arrested on October 8 after allegedly breaking in to several vehicles. She was also in breach of her probation at the time of her arrest.

RCMP say she was held in custody to appear before a judge and was released on October 11 but on Thursday, October 12, a little over 24 hours after being released, she was arrested after being caught for allegedly shoplifting and breaching her probation. She was later released.
