Structure fire on Balsum Road

PRINCE GEORGE- At approximately 4:42 p.m. Sunday evening, Prince George Fire Rescue responded to a reported structure fire in the 4000 block of Balsum Road.

15 firefighters from three different fire halls were dispatched to the scene.

Upon arrival crews found smoke coming from under the mobile home and worked to quickly put out the fire.

Two people were home and got out safely. The cause of the fire has yet to be determined and the fire damage is estimated to be $30,000.
