Canada Post encourages you to clear driveways and walkways

PRINCE GEORGE — Don’t forget to salt or sand your driveways following this weekend’s snow event.

That from Canada Post who say its employees are vulnerable to slippery driveways and walkways around your mailbox this time of year.

They also recommend that you do this as well:

• Turn on outdoor lighting to keep pathways and stairs visible.
• Keep your stairs, handrails and mailbox free of obstructions and in good repair.
