Meals on Wheels gets a financial boost

PRINCE GEORGE – Breathing a sigh of relief. That’s from the Coordinator for the Meals on Wheels program in response to a financial donation from CN. The Council of Seniors program serves home-cooked meals to nearly a hundred clients but was struggling to keep the costs down. Nicole Currie says the help means they can keep the meals to under ten dollars.
