A tribute to Chuck Chin

Truly, there aren’t enough words to describe the impact Chuck Chin had on our community.

The longtime Prince George resident was kind, thoughtful, and dedicated to the place he called home.

Chuck was everywhere, at every community event, gathering, various sporting events in particular he was a staple Prince George Spruce Kings home games. The biggest thing many will always remember though will be his smile and sense of joy every time you saw him. One of the kindest people I’ve ever met, he always took the time to chat whether it was sharing a story or a laugh. He was one of those guys you could stand and talk with for hours. Everyone either knew Chuck or knew of Chuck in some way shape or form.

Prince George will definitely miss the beauty shots, the clever captions on his social media, and passion for the community.

Personally, I’ve known Chuck since I was a kid growing up here in PG, I will never forget his smile and all of the laughs we shared together. He was truly a Prince George legend, one who became popular for all the right reasons. Everyone should try and be a little bit more like Chuck. He was the best they come.

The legacy he leaves behind is nothing short of incredible, with so many photos to cherish forever.
