Cougars defeat Americans 3-2 in Tri-City

KENNEWICK, WA – The Prince George Cougars reclaimed their winning form with a hard-fought 3-2 win over the Tri-City Americans last night (Jan. 27).

Zac Funk, Carlin Dezainde, and Borya Valis has the goals for Prince George. Joshua Ravensbergen faced 28 shots in the win, while Lukas Matecha saved 26 shots for the Americans.

With the result, the Cougars improve their season record to 31-14-0-1. The team now looks ahead to a showdown against the Wenatchee Wild, marking the final encounter in the season series, scheduled for today (Jan. 28) at 4:00 p.m.
