Community Spring Clean Up event taking place April 21
PRINCE GEORGE — The City of Prince George is encouraging residents to get involved in the annual community spring clean up event taking place on Sunday, April 21.
The City says that volunteers can help clean up our parks, school yards, streets and trails by picking up litter between 10am and 3pm on April 21st. Gloves and garbage bags will be provided and there will be six large dumpster bins located around the city for collected garbage, and residents can find their locations along with volunteer clean-up routes on the City’s website.
If you are interested in helping on the day, you can register online at www.princegeorge.ca/springcleanup. Registered volunteers can visit City Hall between April 15th and 19th to pick up their gear.
