PRINCE GEORGE – For the fifth year in a row, a local home builder has once again donated the proceeds from selling a new home to the North Health Care Foundation.

Jeff Stewart and his Copper Falls Custom Homes team embarked on a journey earlier this year. They committed to donating the net proceeds from their latest Copper Project home to the Spirit of the North Healthcare Foundation, continuing a tradition they started five years ago. This ongoing commitment is a testament to their dedication to the community’s health and well-being.

“ Most of our crew that we’ve got on this house has been with us since the very beginning, and then they’ve gone further and found more ways of getting prices down and, which helps us donate more on every house.”

In its fifth year, this program has raised over $450,000.00 in funding. The donation has been instrumental in providing residents with access to crucial medical equipment at UHNBC and enhancing healthcare quality.

Aimee Cassie says Copper Falls Program’s dedication to the Spirit of the North is unwavering.

“ They give consistently every single time to see what they can do to move healthcare forward in the North. And working alongside them is such a privilege. “

The home is in a new subdivision close to Chief Lake Road and will be on the market in a few weeks.
