Cougars Fever has taken over PG

PRINCE GEORGE — It was a sold-out crowd this weekend at the CN Centre as the Prince George Cougars took a 2-0 series lead over the Kelowna Rockets.

Many people in the city bought tickets for last weekend. Over 5000 people packed the CN Centre on Friday and Saturday, which is not only great for the organization but even the city as a whole.

It’s not just locally as it seems communities from all over Northern BC continue to get their tickets to see a Cougars playoff game. A hockey team that seems to be getting support from places like Williams Lake, Quesnel, Vanderhoof and beyond
