Movie Star Moby looks for retirement home

PRINCE GEORGE—Meet Moby a 12-year-old senior kitty looking to find himself a cozy retirement home. Moby is quite the movie star who loves to soak up attention from everyone including other cat, kids, and even dogs.

“He’s never been outside. So, his entire life, since he was a wee little kitten, he’s been an indoor kitty,” says Jamie Walsh, an animal care coordinator at the PG Humane Society. “I’ve brought him out a couple times on a harness, and he’s not really interested. He’d rather be inside.”

Moby is older and will require a little extra love and attention mainly ensuring their weight stays at a healthy level and making sure they’re getting plenty of play-time. As he ages it’s also a good idea to check that he is grooming himself properly from his tail to his claws.
