PRINCE GEORGE — Prince George RCMP say alcohol was believed to be a factor in a two-vehicle crash just outside the city Saturday night (June 8).
Cpl. Craig Douglass says police were called to the 19,000-block of Chief Lake Road just before 10:30 p.m.
Douglass says two vehicles had collided at that location. One driver was suspected to have been impaired by alcohol at the time of the crash, with the second driver taken to hospital with serious injuries.
The road was closed for a few hours as an analyst investigated and the vehicles were cleaned up. It has since reopened.
