Crews douse Friday evening blaze

PRINCE GEORGE— A blaze on the 1600 block of 11th Avenue caused $100,000 in damages and left one firefighter with non-critical injuries. The fire began at approximately 11:51 p.m. on July 12, 2024, with crews from two halls responding.

Upon arrival crews found the residence fully engulfed in flames. They used handlines and master streams to quickly extinguish the fire.

No civilians were injured.
