Quesnel RCMP respond to a man threatening people by knife point

CARIBOO— Quesnel RCMP have arrested one man for threatening people with a knife.

The incident took place on Tuesday, July 30, at around 4:30 p.m. when police responded to a report of a man threatening multiple people with a knife on the 800 block of Front Street.

Sgt. Clay Kronebusch says the 33 year-old man is being held in custody and will appear before a Judge later this Wednesday (July 31).

RCMP have released no further information.
