Aiden Foster prepares for big sophomore season with Cougars
PRINCE GEORGE— Aiden Foster is heading into his second year with the Cougars as they prepare to battle against sky high expectations. In his rookie season, Foster only put up nine points between the regular season and playoffs but it was his physical game and 124 penalty minutes that stood out.
“The other parts of hockey are very important, playing the body, being aggressive. He’s six three. He’s a big guy that’s not afraid to get in there and throw his body around,” said Cougars GM and Head Coach Mark Lamb on Foster. “The importance of that in the regular season and in playoffs is immense.”
It’s not just his coach but also the Lloydminster native who understands what that part of the game can do for his teammates.
