National Indigenous Peoples Day celebrations set for Saturday
PRINCE GEORGE — Lheidli T’enneh Memorial Park will be the place to be Saturday for National Indigenous Peoples Day celebrations.
The celebrations will recognize the history, heritage, and diversity of Indigenous Peoples in Canada and will run from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m..
Attendees can expect a day full of Indigenous artisans, musicians, drummers, dancers, bannock and more.
Performers include 2025 Juno Awards nominee Kym Gouchie who will be on stage at 2:20 p.m.
