Cody Gysbers named to UNBC Timberwolves Wall of Honour

PRINCE GEORGE — Former UNBC Timberwolves Mens Soccer player Cody Gysbers has named to the Wall of Honour Class of 2025.

A graduate of Reynolds Secondary in Victoria, Gysbers was a product of the Vancouver Island Wave program and committed to UNBC in 2016. He would go onto play four seasons with the Timberwolves and was named a Canada West First Team All-Star, and earned UNBC’s Best Defensive Player Award.

Gysbers concluded his career top-ten in program history in games, starts, goals, assists, and points, and is the only player in UNBC history to win both the Golden Boot Award and Best Defensive Player Award.
