Drug busts on Quince and 8th yield weapons including grenade, guns and body armour

PRINCE GEORGE — Prince George RCMP executed a pair of search warrants last week that yielded guns, drugs and stolen goods.

Police say four people were arrested in relation to the investigations, which took place on the 2600-block of Quince Street on August 27 and the 1600-block of Eighth Avenue on August 28.

Three of the suspects were released while the fourth was held for court – all were known to police.

RCMP say its the second time in less than a year police have been to the home on Quince street.

• Hard body armour
• One inert military ordnance
• Various ammunition and other weapons
• Over $500 in cash

Prince George RCMP says it will continue to focus targeted enforcement action against those involved in the illicit drug trade.
