PRINCE GEORGE —Jennifer Wilczek has been appointed Board Chair of the Prince George Public Library (PGPL) Board of Trustees.

Wilczek succeeds Anna Duff, who is stepping down from her role to support Wilczek in her new position. Wilczek joined the Library Board in 2023 and will begin her new position on January 28.

The Library calls Wilczek “a committed community leader who spent nine years on the Board of Directors at Integris Credit Union.” The Library notes “Wilczek brings considerable experience in governance, policy development, and strategic planning to the role.”

“Our library plays a vital role in Prince George,” Wilczek confirmed. “I look forward to working with fellow trustees and staff to continue building on our strong foundation of literacy, lifelong learning, and community connection.”
