PRINCE GEORGE – Northern Peer Guardians is a peer-led harm reduction and advocacy organization based in Prince George, and they are asking the city to use civic facilities or infrastructure to store equipment. Plus four AEDs have been stolen recently from Masich Place Stadium, creating a financial burden due to the price of the life-saving equipment. And a beloved cancer fundraiser is making its return to Prince George this summer. Relay for Life was absent from the community for many years, but it is back and a group of dedicated volunteers is working hard to make the event a success.
