Pacific Coastal Airlines suspends Quesnel – Vancouver service
QUESNEL — Pacific Coastal Airlines is suspending its regularly scheduled flight service between Vancouver (YVR) and Quesnel (YQZ).
The last day of operations for flights between Vancouver and Quesnel will be Friday, June 12, 2026. Customers affected by this cancellation will be contacted and offered a full refund.
“As we continue to evaluate our network and commercial priorities, we have made the difficult decision to suspend service between Vancouver and Quesnel,” said Quentin Smith, President of Pacific Coastal Airlines. “This decision was based on broader commercial and network strategic considerations as we focus on strengthening the long-term sustainability and reliability of our overall operation. We appreciate the support we received from the Quesnel community, local partners, and our customers throughout the time we served the route.”
Pacific Coastal Airlines originally launched non-stop service between Vancouver and Quesnel on October 30, 2025, operating six days per week. Pacific Coastal Airlines says they remain committed to serving communities across British Columbia and will continue to evaluate opportunities that support sustainable regional connectivity throughout the province.
