Prince George lacrosse player speaks on world championship experience
PRINCE GEORGE – The Prince George Senior Lacrosse League season is in full swing, and among the players suiting up is Cole Paciejewski of the BHL Bandits. Paciejewski, known to be a force you always have to account for, has suited up in international competitions as a member of Team Scotland throughout his lacrosse career.
“It’s a lot of fun, obviously, and I have a lot of pride playing. Team Scotland has a lot of cool traditions, we wear our kilts to games and things like that, so it’s pretty fun,” Cole said.
He says he’s competed in two World Championships and two European Championships, and among his favourite memories of his international competitions is his very first match, a match against Scottish rival Ireland.
