PRINCE GEORGE – Forestry jobs, affordability and the future of northern B.C. were front and centre during a visit from Conservative Party of B.C. Leader Kerry-Lynne Findlay. The party leader stopped in Prince George this past weekend, where she shared her vision for the region. Plus in the Cariboo — Clinton residents were allowed to return home after being evacuated for weeks due to the Pear Lake wildfire. And Prince George City Council is meeting Monday night and there are a number of items on the agenda including a report that shows how much “downloading” from other levels of government, has cost the city the millions of dollars since 2020.
