Four people arrested after stolen pickup truck rams into Quesnel RCMP vehicles

QUESNEL, B.C. — Four people were arrested after a stolen vehicle reportedly rammed police cars in Quesnel and attempted to flee. 

At around 5:00 a.m. Thursday (Sept. 10), Quesnel RCMP say a white Ford F-350 pickup truck that was reported stolen out of Hixon earlier in the morning. 

RCMP say officers found the truck in the Quesnel & District Arts & Recreation Centre parking lot and attempted to arrest the suspects. 

In a news release, RCMP say the pickup truck driver rammed police vehicles in an attempt to escape. Eventually, four people inside the truck – a 31-year-old man, a 29-year-old woman and two 15-year-old girls – were arrested.
