Prince George Man Arrested In Queensway Shooting

Local Mounties have arrested one person in relation to a shooting incident on Queensday on Tuesday morning. 
The Serious Crimes Unit has arrested a 23-year-old Prince George man in relation to the incident.
Police arrived at the Queensway Court Motel to find one man suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. The victim was transported to University Hospital of Northern BC and he is expected to survive.
The investigation continues and police continue to seek out all persons that were involved in the incident. 
This incident was targeted and related to the drug trade.  The Prince George RCMP do not believe the general public is at risk.
