Put Your Heart Into Spirit Day Today

PRINCE GEORGE – Spirit day kicks off today with a goal to raise funds to purchase a suite of 4D ECHO ultrasounds.

The Spirit Day campaign through the Spirit of the North healthcare foundation is running a radiothon live until 6 pm today on 101.3 The River and 99.3 The Drive.

The hope is to raise 60 thousand dollars toward the half million dollar commitment to purchase four ultrasound ECHO units which enhances the images of the heart. Currently, cardiac patients can wait six months for ECHO testing at UHNBC.
